An amazing project, with a value of $9.03 million, completed on a tight schedule, starting on Jan 1 2021, and completing on September 29, 2021.  Lauren Bros was short listed to bid this project along with 3 other strong competitors.  With help from our network of subs and suppliers we were able to achieve the lowest compliant bid.  With extensive insulation upgrades, geothermal heating and cooling, Photovoltaic (Solar) power pushing out 100 KW, this truly is a Net Zero Energy Building! It is complete with an internal energy monitoring system, displayed within the facility to track the energy savings, and even has electric vehicle charging stations!
